By subscribing to or using our services, you acknowledge that the fuel provided is subject to the standards and specifications of these suppliers.

2. User Responsibilities

• •Provide accurate information about your vehicle, fuel type, and location.
• •Maintain an active payment method on file.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• •Subscriptions are billed monthly, and the recurring amount will be charged automatically.
• •Additional charges may apply for the cost of fuel, delivery fees, or other services.
• •Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• •Refunds may be provided only for unused services if cancellation occurs before the next billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

• •We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver gas due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or regulatory restrictions.
